The hotel rooms are spacious, immaculate, and cleaned daily, offering a lovely view. On the downside, the service lacks friendliness and catering for special dietary needs was disappointing. Overall, I'd rate it 3 stars rather than 5.

The hotel is beautifully located right by the stunning beach of Santa Eulalia with direct access and only a short distance from the main strip. I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were fine and the beds so comfortable, plus we got a lovely surprise of champagne and cake delivered to our apartment. Although paying extra for a sea view was a little downside, I must say the terrace made up for it, being very comfortable.
